Returns & Exchange

All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds or returns. However, you can exchange an item if it has a major problem. 

  • This is when the item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they knew about it.

  • is significantly different from the sample or description. 

(Please note, there might always be slight variation in the colour saturation.) 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Exchange is not possible for items that show obvious signs of use.


Once your item is received and inspected for exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

If your exchange is approved, then it will be processed, and a new item would be sent to you within a certain number of days.



The minimum delivery timeline is 15 days from the time of placing the order and the maximum is 30 days. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to A303, Fern Saroj Apts, 7th Cross, LBS Nagar, Annasandrapalya, HAL, Bangalore 17.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
